CHEESE SELECTIONS
  All our cheese selections listed below are supplied by the award winning Neal's Yard Dairy which stocks over 200 British and Irish cheeses. We can also provide you with various cheeses from around the globe.

1. Cheese of the month:

  Some of the farmers can only produce in small quantity or when their herds are giving milk, so you have the chance to try these more seasonal cheeses. Each month Neal's Yard Dairy make a selection of the 3 or 4 best cheeses on their counters as Cheese of the Month. They are chosen aiming to cover the range of styles and milk types.

  • GUBBEEN - A pliant, milky washed rind
  • CROZIER BLUE - A sweet, soft sheeps milk blue
  • ST GALL - A smooth-textured, sweet, fruity Appenzell style cheese
  • ST TOLA - A milky, floral, soft goats cheese

  • 4. Sheep & Goats:

  • TICKLEMORE - A lactic, herby, hard goats cheese
  • BERKSWELL - A hard sheeps cheese with amazingly complex sweet, nutty flavours
  • DORSTONE - An ashed goats milk round
  • BEENLEIGH BLUE - A sweet, fudgey sheeps milk blue

  • 5. Cheeseboard:

  • DODDINGTON - A rich, fruity, hard cows milk cheese
  • HARBOURNE BLUE - A subtle, floral, blue goats cheese
  • WENSLEYDALE - A moist lactic Wensleydale
  • MINI MILLEENS - A soft, meaty washed-rind cheese
  • RAGSTONE - A yoghurty goats milk log

  • 6. The New Traditionals:

  • SPARKENHOE RED LEICESTER - A rich, nutty, sweet, wholesome and milky cheese
  • GORWYDD CAERPHILLY - A deliciously creamy and smooth cheese, with a lovely firm texture
  • QUENBY HALL STILTON - A creamy, savoury and not overpowering blue with a distinctive biscuity character
  • WESTCOMBE CHEDDAR - A deep, nutty flavour with a caramelly sweet edge, often ending in a proper tangy Cheddar bite

  • 7. Scottish Selection:

  • ISLE OF MULL CHEDDAR - A quite wild and fruity cheddar with an almost alcoholic tang
  • STRATHDON BLUE - A moist, creamy, yielding texture and a salty, creamy flavour with a little spiciness from the blueing
  • SEATOR´S ORKNEY - A milky-sweet, lactic and yeasty cheese with a zesty acidity while the texture is moist and crumbly.
